Job Requirements

  • Two-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
  • Four years of experience in HR or management operations
  • OR four-year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years of experience in HR or management operations
  • HRIS and payroll experience

Job Duties

  • Implement HR strategic objectives innovatively, aligning with global Ensemble Hospitality HR functions
  • Partner with GM/EC to deliver on Ensemble Hospitality’s values, fostering high-impact team engagement experiences
  • Serve as the hotel’s credible Subject Matter Expert on Team Member engagement, culture, compliance, and talent development
  • Remain current on industry trends, evaluate process improvements, and engage in community activities
  • Integrate Ensemble Hospitality’s Mission & Values into HR Ops initiatives
  • Create a vibrant workplace, championing recognition, wellness programs, and diversity and inclusion
  • Lead employee celebrations
  • Lead the Team on community service engagements
  • Ensure HR standards comply with laws, conduct annual audits, and manage HR budget
  • Embrace and implement Ensemble HR initiatives, ensuring collective application of HR basics
  • Processing of payroll, payroll reports and month-end payroll compliance reports
  • Proactively identify talent gaps and address shortfalls through onboarding, leadership development, and internal promotions
  • Perform annual salary and benefits evaluations, supporting a leadership and development culture
