Job Duties
- implement hr strategic objectives aligning with global hospitality hr functions
- partner with gm/ec to deliver on ensemble hospitality’s values and foster team engagement
- serve as subject matter expert on team member engagement, culture, compliance, and talent development
- stay current on industry trends and evaluate process improvements
- integrate ensemble hospitality’s mission and values into hr operations initiatives
- champion recognition, wellness programs, diversity and inclusion
- lead employee celebrations and community service engagements
- ensure hr standards comply with laws and conduct annual audits
- manage hr budget and payroll processing including payroll reports and month-end compliance
- identify talent gaps and support onboarding, leadership development, and promotions
- perform annual salary and benefits evaluations supporting leadership and development culture
