Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building positive workplace relationships

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building positive workplace relationships

Job Duties

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies across all departments
  • Partner with leaders to address employee relations and build strong, supportive teams
  • Manage HR compliance, including labor laws, workplace safety, and personnel files
  • Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management
  • Develop and facilitate training programs that enhance employee growth and guest service
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout all levels of the organization
  • Support performance management, recognition, and engagement programs
