Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building positive workplace relationships

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of HR management experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Deep understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of building positive workplace relationships
Job Duties
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies across all departments
- Partner with leaders to address employee relations and build strong, supportive teams
- Manage HR compliance, including labor laws, workplace safety, and personnel files
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management
- Develop and facilitate training programs that enhance employee growth and guest service
- Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout all levels of the organization
- Support performance management, recognition, and engagement programs
