Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • more than 7 years of HR leadership experience
  • experience in aviation or regulated industries preferred
  • proficiency in HRIS systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage change and influence organizational culture

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • over 7 years of experience in HR leadership preferably in aviation, aerospace, or regulated industries
  • proficiency in HRIS systems
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • data-driven HR reporting skills
  • strong change management abilities
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • preferred certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
  • familiarity with FAA, DOT, OSHA, and labor law compliance

Job Duties

  • Lead full cycle hiring for specialized aviation positions
  • design retention initiatives and succession plans
  • ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, and labor laws
  • maintain audit-ready documentation for Part 145 Repair Station and Part 135 Charter operations
  • process bi-weekly payroll for all companies
  • oversee payroll integrations with HRIS and scheduling platforms
  • perform payroll reconciliations and audits
  • produce payroll analytics and reports
  • promote consistent culture, values, and service standards
  • manage conflict resolution and grievance procedures
  • support engagement and recognition initiatives
  • oversee onboarding and training programs
  • ensure aviation-specific training compliance
  • support employee development
  • develop competitive compensation structures
  • administer benefits programs and conduct market benchmarking
  • perform benefit reconciliation and support audits
