Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new hires
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulations
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination
  • Help resolve employee issues and mediate disputes when necessary
  • Administer training programs and track employee development
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and gambling hall policies
  • Coordinate employee events and recognition programs
  • Provide support to HR staff with day-to-day tasks and processes
  • Deal with high volume customer interactions and be consistently outgoing, upbeat and cheerful
  • Build guest relations by talking with customers and making them feel welcome and comfortable
  • Observe all activity within assigned area offering assistance to guests
  • Report anything that is out of the ordinary
  • Handle routine customer complaints and incidents with discretion, escalating when needed
  • Ensure all guests are kept in play by providing friendly and helpful service
  • Utilize open body language and polite communication to assist guests
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless facility
  • Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically and encourage others to do the same
  • Resolve guest disputes quickly up to a pre-determined amount or notify management
  • Cross-train in other departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
