Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs and follow all company work rules and procedures
- Positive attitude and excellent service skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Job Duties
- Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach
- Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation
- Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture
- Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
