Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a deadline driven office setting
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and organize multiple changing priorities at a fast pace
  • Demonstrated communication skills with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals including those with strong personalities
  • Experience working within current systems with an eye for process improvement and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of employee information including pay and health status

  • 3-5 years of experience in a deadline driven office setting preferably in film or television production
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact with a wide range of individuals including those with strong personalities
  • Experience working within systems to improve processes and audit data for accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and health status

Job Duties

  • Onboards temp techs and union employees in payroll system ensuring all are onboarded and I-9s completed prior to starting work or within 3 days of start date
  • Ensures all Paylocity fields applicable to temp techs and union employees are accurately updated
  • Monitors Paylocity for inactive PRN techs and union employees and terminates those inactive per criteria
  • Provides DocuSign links for accounts payable setup and invoicing requirements for independent contractors
  • Reviews documents and maintains files ensuring all required documents are provided and up to date
  • Maintains database and follows up on expired insurance and secures updated documents
  • Provides labor coordinators with a DO NOT WORK list until insurance documents are updated
  • Collects and reconciles invoices from contractors promptly after events
  • Forwards audited invoices from labor coordinators to accounts payable for final payment
  • Performs other duties as assigned
