Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- minimum of 3 years experience in administrative or human resources support
- ability to manage confidential information
- high proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- adept at procedural improvements
- ability to work hybrid (in office and remote)
- detail-oriented and organized
- experience with Mac OS
- willingness to travel up to 10% annually
- excellent communication skills
- resourceful and collaborative mindset
Job Qualifications

- strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- experience with applicant tracking systems, payroll, and HRIS preferred

- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct job posting and recruitment communications
- support interview processes and reference checks
- collaborate on onboarding and offboarding activities
- manage team member recognition events and gifts
- provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO
- coordinate meetings and document organizational gatherings
- manage multiple calendars and scheduling
- prepare presentations and maintain office operations
- support payroll and accounting data entry
- maintain technology and office supplies inventory
