Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- recruiting experience required
- preferred 2-3 years of human resources management experience
- availability to work day, evening and morning shifts
- availability to work Monday to Saturday including weekends
- effective bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- commitment to Chick-fil-A's values
- restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Strategic planning, talent mapping, goal setting and follow-through
- team member recruiting through applicant tracking system
- coordinating onboarding steps ensuring compliance
- maintaining employee directory, files and HR data
- drafting and updating job descriptions, reviews, forms and policy updates
- addressing personnel issues and complaints
- managing workplace safety and workers' compensation claims
- conducting performance management including reviews and disciplinary actions
- reviewing and adjusting time punches for accurate payroll processing
- utilizing HR payroll systems to complete payroll bi-weekly
- hosting orientation sessions
- organizing quarterly leadership meetings
- coaching and advising leaders on personnel issues
- monitoring applicant tracking system daily
- holding interviews and creating interview guides
- updating HR boards on monday.com regularly
- utilizing restaurant software systems for communication and operations
- collaborating with leadership team to prioritize guest experience
- ensuring completion of Pathway training and adherence to employee handbook
- demonstrating knowledge of Chick-fil-A processes and procedures
