Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in P&O related administrative tasks preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience with People & Organization related administrative tasks preferred
- Experience with HRIS systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
Job Duties
- Monitor entrance and front lobby to greet and authorize all employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors
- Verify visitor IDs and maintain an accurate log of all visitors
- Answer telephone and transfer calls to appropriate parties
- Manage distribution of package deliveries, postal mail, and paychecks
- Send out employee notifications including weekly cafe menus and building alerts
- Assist with various employee on-site events
- Manage employment compliance postings for all US locations
