Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Grill meals quickly, efficiently, and to standard
  • Maintain a clean grill and adjacent work area throughout shifts
  • Manage guest flow and meal presentation at the grill
  • Ensure all dietary restrictions and food safety standards are met
  • Stock and maintain the toppings counter and assist guests with selections
  • Deliver meals to guests with attention to presentation and hospitality
  • Work positively and engagingly with guests to provide excellent service
