Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 35 lbs

Job Duties
- Assist fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Cash handling including obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments and returning change
- Deliver food and beverages to guests
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests
- Guide guests through menus and food line process while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverages
- Provide friendly and attentive service that encourages guests to return
- Take accurate orders and collaborate with team members to serve food and beverages
- Assist guests in making a HuHot meal
- Maintain an organized approach to deliver timely and efficient guest experience
