Job Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staffing scheduling inventory management and financial reporting
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with HUDDLE HOUSE standards
  • Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels ordering supplies as needed
  • Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance including analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
