Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staffing scheduling inventory management and financial reporting
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with HUDDLE HOUSE standards
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels ordering supplies as needed
- Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance including analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
