Job Requirements
- HUD Service Coordinator experience
- Two or more years of case management or social work experience
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local elderly and disabled program laws and requirements
- Must obtain Service Coordinator Certification within 12 months of hiring
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Successful completion of background check
- Successful completion of drug test
Job Qualifications

- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and requirements related to elderly and disabled programs
- Familiarity with non-governmental networks related to geriatric services
- Ability to obtain Service Coordinator Certification within 12 months of hiring
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or Counseling
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Job Duties
- Provide case management and referral services to residents needing assistance
- Establish contacts with community agencies and service providers
- Determine best options for service pricing to ensure individualized, flexible, and creative services
- Advocate for residents to access appropriate resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of services
- Monitor and evaluate resident progress and service effectiveness
- Collaborate with property management and external stakeholders to support resident needs
