Job Duties

  • Lead and coach a team of 30 or more crew members
  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring quality, service, cleanliness, and value
  • Recruit, train, retrain, and develop employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet targets
  • Oversee inventory management and cost control
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
