Job Duties

  • operate the restaurant effectively to achieve high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • lead and develop a team of 30+ employees through coaching, training, and motivation
  • ensure compliance with company policies and franchise standards
  • manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs to optimize operational efficiency
  • maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and staff
  • drive continuous improvement initiatives with a "Beat Yesterday" mindset
  • oversee inventory, ordering, and financial performance to meet business goals
