- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to assist guests with baggage handling
- Ability to drive safely and responsibly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to load and unload luggage
- Reliable and punctual

- Previous experience in a hospitality or transportation role preferred
Job Duties
- Assist incoming and outgoing guests with loading baggage into the van at the hotel, the airport, or other destinations
- Transport guests to and from the airport or other requested locations
- Drive and park safely according to hotel driving policies
- Keep all necessary licenses and driving record documents in the vehicle at all times
- Ensure passengers take proper safety precautions and remain seated while driving
- Report accidents or vehicle damage immediately to supervisor
- Explain and promote hotel services, facilities, and events to guests
- Keep van interior clean, organized, and fresh-smelling
- Maintain the hotel's entrance and drive-up areas presentable and free from debris
- Provide guests with local directions as requested
- Secure and tag baggage at guest request for storage
- Transport luggage or goods when no passengers are present
- Respond quickly and politely to guest requests or complaints
- Report issues to management and follow up for guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional image through appearance and dress
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
