Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work full-time or part-time, primarily day shifts
- Ability to assist with loading and unloading baggage
- Capable of driving safely and following hotel driving policies
- Strong customer service skills
- Must keep all necessary licenses and documents in vehicle
- Ability to maintain cleanliness in shuttle vehicle and hotel entrance areas
- Ability to respond quickly to guest requests and complaints
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to perform assigned light housekeeping and security-related duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in driving or guest services preferred
- Good knowledge of local streets and surrounding area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel services and amenities
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow safety regulations and company policies
Job Duties
- Assist guests with loading baggage into the van at the hotel, airport, or other destinations
- Transport guests to and from the airport or other requested locations safely
- Drive and park vehicles according to hotel driving policies
- Keep all necessary licenses and driving record documents in the vehicle at all times
- Ensure passengers take proper safety precautions and remain seated while driving
- Report accidents or vehicle damage immediately to supervisor
- Explain and promote hotel services, facilities, and upcoming events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the van interior
- Keep hotel entrance and drive-up areas free from trash and presentable
- Provide local directions to guests as requested
- Secure and tag baggage for storage upon guest request
- Occasionally transport luggage or goods without passengers
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner
- Report complaints to management and follow up on guest satisfaction
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company policies
