Job Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive safely and confidently

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in guest transportation or shuttle driving preferred
- Good knowledge of local area and streets
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Familiarity with hotel policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including day shifts
- Physical ability to handle baggage and luggage
Job Duties
- Assist guests loading and unloading baggage into the van at the hotel, airport, or other locations
- Transport guests to and from the airport or other requested destinations safely
- Drive and park vehicles according to hotel driving policies
- Keep all necessary licenses and driving record documents in the vehicle at all times
- Ensure passengers take proper safety precautions and remain seated while driving
- Report accidents or vehicle damage immediately to supervisor
- Explain and promote hotel services, facilities, and events to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the van’s interior
- Keep hotel entrance and drive-up areas presentable and free from trash
- Provide guests with local directions accurately and courteously
- Secure and tag baggage at guest request
- Occasionally transport luggage or goods without passengers as needed
- Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints and ensure appropriate action
- Report complaints and issues to management and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
