Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to perform manual labor and operate laundry equipment
availability to work on a PRN basis
willingness to follow facility policies and procedures
ability to maintain confidentiality
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
positive attitude and reliability

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred
knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
good physical stamina to handle manual tasks
effective communication skills
dependable and detail-oriented

Job Duties

perform day-to-day laundry activities in accordance with federal, state, and local standards
maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility's laundry environment
follow guidelines set by the Administrator or Director of Housekeeping/Laundry
ensure that linen and garments are clean, folded, and properly distributed
operate laundry machines safely and efficiently
monitor laundry supplies and request replenishment as needed
assist with inventory control and organization of laundry supplies
