- long-term care experience preferred

- must comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- ability to follow facility policies and procedures

- ability to operate laundry equipment safely
- knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards

- ability to follow instructions and work independently

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- perform day-to-day laundry operations according to federal, state, and local guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation within the laundry department
- comply with safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
- assist in the proper handling, laundering, and distribution of linens and clothing
- collaborate with housekeeping and nursing staff to fulfill laundry needs
- monitor laundry equipment and report maintenance issues
- adhere to facility policies and procedures set by the Administrator and Director of Housekeeping/Laundry
