Job Requirements

  • Current college junior or senior or recent graduate pursuing or holding a degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • ability to work up to 40 hours per week during summer

Job Duties

  • Process hires quickly and efficiently
  • support associates through real HR cases
  • deliver a smooth, high-quality associate experience
  • help expedite onboarding for new hires
  • guide candidates through onboarding steps and ensure completion
  • provide a welcoming, helpful experience for all new hires
  • offer one-on-one support to answer questions and resolve issues
  • conduct I-9 verification meetings and confirm federal compliance
  • respond to associate inquiries through case management system
  • gain hands-on experience working in Workday
  • assist with policy questions and HR processes
  • ensure fast, accurate, and thoughtful responses
  • verify I-9 documentation and maintain accurate records
  • review background checks and support adjudication processes
  • ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
