Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use computer software including word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Skill in operating office equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a Human Resources setting preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide general clerical support to the HR Department
- Assist with coordinating recruitments and examinations
- Perform a variety of general office support duties
- Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier, and facsimile machine
- Make and distribute copies of orientation packets to new employees
- Files personnel documentation
- Compile spreadsheets
- Monitors and tracks HR email request and concerns
- Additional duties as assigned
