Job Requirements

  • Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's)

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • experience in corporate event planning, business social media strategies, internal communications, or employee engagement preferred

  • proficiency in event planning tools and scheduling platforms
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Job Duties

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute HR events including trainings, workshops, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, equipment setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and promotional communications
  • track and manage event budgets, timelines, assessments, surveys, and post-event evaluations
  • support administration of HealthStream LMS including managing assignments, attendance, reporting, and training calendars
  • document and maintain standard operating procedures, policies, schedules, and communication strategies
  • provide administrative and planning support for HR projects and initiatives
  • coordinate and prepare applications for external workplace recognition and monitor deadlines and nominations
  • serve as co-chair and administrative support to the UMMC Awards and Recognition Committee by creating agendas and meeting schedules
