Job Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Good attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish, or professional working proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Manage processes connected with payroll administration to confirm accurate and timely payrolls
- Collaborate in a team-based, diverse environment, providing excellent, friendly and responsive customer service to employees and managers
- Lead and support the onboarding/exiting process to include orientation, retention programs, exit interview and administration functions
- Support the benefits administration process by maintaining working knowledge of the company’s benefit plans, participate in open enrollment functions including employee education and communication
- Proactively address workforce concerns by answering employee questions and/or facilitating resolution of employee concerns
- Support all employee initiatives and practices including recruitment, talent, leadership development, retention, engagement, performance and talent management
- Demonstrate good attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Perform other related duties and projects as required and assigned
