Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED or high school equivalence certificate
- proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite

- high school diploma or GED or high school equivalence certificate
- proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- associate's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in an office environment preferred
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
- answer frequently asked questions from applicants and team members relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring process, etc
- schedule meetings and interviews with required materials prepared
- maintain integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
- assist with recruitment, record retention, and the interview process
- provide clerical support for team members
- track the status of candidates in HRIS and respond with follow-up calls at the end of the recruiting and gaming processes
- assist in the facilitation and maintenance of the uniform program for all departments
- maintain accurate physical and digital team member records
- manage team member birthday and anniversary dates
- assist with team member orientation, training, and other human resources tasks as necessary
- collaborate with HR for annual events such as open enrollment and team member appreciation
- other duties as assigned
