Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in office management, receptionist, or front desk assistance
- Minimum of 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask with different requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organized
- Ability to meet goals and deadlines
- Able to operate office equipment including copiers and personal computers
- Physically able to lift and maneuver weights in excess of thirty pounds

- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Directs periodic communication to plant employees from Corporate HR and Payroll Departments throughout the year
- Provides written communications to employees in a confidential manner
- Providing Corporate HR and Payroll with employee file documents in a timely manner
- Reviewing all employee paperwork to ensure completeness before submission to Corporate HR
- Maintains plant bulletin board with current required postings
- Provide assistance to employees with medical insurance issues
- Provide payroll assistance when needed
- Provide assistance to plant management as necessary
- Facilitate company communication via email, telephone, and other methods
- Rotation to other team positions as necessary
- Maintain good housekeeping practices
- Prepare Plant Credit Card DEEM reports monthly
- Maintain petty cash on site
- Lead the Mentor Program onsite
- Maintain onsite driver logs, DVIR, and driver files
- Maintain fuel charges, fuel receipts, and quarterly reports for accounting
- Coordinate volunteer events for corporate initiatives
- Maintain WIT program and team recognition programs
- Coordinate monthly plant meetings
