Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years relevant experience
- associates degree, bachelor's degree or 6 months experience in recruitment, HR, or related coordination/administrative role
- self-driven individual
- strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and file management skills
- proactive and resourceful
- team player with positive, people-first attitude
- tech-savvy and confident using HR systems, social media, and Microsoft programs

Job Duties
- Draft clear and engaging job descriptions
- research and identify new job boards, networks, and platforms to expand recruitment reach
- revamp and update recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes and materials
- initiate written job offer letters, perform background checks, and coordinate onboarding
- deliver new hire inductions
- process HR documentation including I-9 compliance and employee records
- respond to routine HR inquiries including HRIS password resets
- provide employees with necessary training, benefits, and leave resources
- assist with routine workplace concerns
- coordinate and support employee engagement efforts and events
- initiate and track employee leaves of absence
- maintain human resource information system
- respond to unemployment insurance requests and employment verifications
- lead by example to create a positive and inclusive culture
- process termination activities and conduct exit interviews
- partner with managers on retention initiatives
- manage and maintain HR files and records confidentially
- contribute to HR projects, reporting, and process improvements
- coordinate company events such as luncheons and anniversary recognition
- provide onsite presence as required and occasional travel to other sites
- schedule and coordinate interviews
- post job requisitions across platforms
- conduct first-round candidate screening calls
- act as primary contact for candidates
- track recruitment progress and update hiring managers
