Job Requirements
- prefer a bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources
- minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in human resources administration preferred
- computer proficiency in Word and Excel
- ability to learn HRIS programs
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- research job seekers and invite them to apply to a job
- screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews
- fill out hiring paperwork and assist with onboarding procedures
- consult with HR director and executive leadership on policies and procedures
- facilitate employee relations and provide information on company benefits
- collaborate with regional and corporate human resources teams
- support recruitment efforts and maintain candidate databases
