Job Requirements

  • prefer a bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources
  • minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in human resources administration preferred
  • computer proficiency in Word and Excel
  • ability to learn HRIS programs
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • research job seekers and invite them to apply to a job
  • screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews
  • fill out hiring paperwork and assist with onboarding procedures
  • consult with HR director and executive leadership on policies and procedures
  • facilitate employee relations and provide information on company benefits
  • collaborate with regional and corporate human resources teams
  • support recruitment efforts and maintain candidate databases
