Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in human resources
  • 1 year of experience in data entry
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Must successfully pass a drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HR administrative or HR support experience
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
  • Flexible team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming HR-related calls and assist restaurant managers with HR support needs
  • Process new hire onboarding paperwork and employee documentation
  • Process employee terminations and update employee records
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee personnel files
  • Communicate regularly with restaurant managers regarding HR processes and documentation
  • Assist with special projects and additional HR administrative duties as assigned
  • Support a positive employee experience across all restaurant locations
