Job Duties
- perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- conduct benefits enrollment for new employees
- verify I-9 documentation and complete I-9 forms
- submit online investigation requests and assist with employee background checks
- conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommend corrective actions
- update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and process paperwork
- assist with processing terminations
- assist with the preparation of performance review forms
- assist HR Manager with various research and special projects
- assist with the recruitment and interview process
- assist with employee discount coupons by contacting companies as directed by HR Manager
- schedule meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager
- schedule conferences by reserving facilities at local hotels or restaurants
- make photocopies, fax documents and perform other clerical functions
- file papers and documents into appropriate employee files
- prepare correspondence
- prepare new employee files
- process mail
- perform other duties as assigned
