Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • strong computer skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • ability to work flexible hours including part-time schedule

  • ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of high-volume, fast-paced administrative experience
  • proficiency in computers and navigating complex software programs
  • great communication skills
  • quality writing and documentation skills
  • understanding of hospitality principles
  • ability to work and make decisions in high-pressure situations
  • leadership skills
  • knowledge of state and federal regulations related to employment and resident rights
  • experience or comfort with training and guiding team members

Job Duties

  • assist with new hire recruiting, onboarding, compliance and training
  • manages employee files and appropriate record keeping
  • be the welcoming face of Touchmark with new hires
  • assist with background checks, drug tests, I9 compliance, licensing and other required permits and certifications
  • request, gather, scan, upload and file appropriate documents to support compliance
  • assist with planning and hosting our New Hire Orientation
  • point of contact for general questions and issues with HRIS
  • assist with OSHA record keeping
  • maintains employee breakrooms, breakroom bulletin boards and other required employment postings
  • helps to plan and execute onsite employee relations events
  • promotes employee engagement, builds culture
  • other HR duties as assigned
