Job Duties
- Greeting visitors
- Maintaining a high level of visibility and customer service
- Managing security visitor badging system and issuing temporary security badges
- Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Transferring calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
- Alert employee hosts that their guests have arrived so they can be escorted onto the floors by host employee
- Additional job duties as assigned
