- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 4 years culinary experience
- minimum 2 years management experience preferred
- advanced knowledge of culinary practices
- strong multitasking ability

- experience in managing culinary operations

Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of culinary experience
- at least 2 years in a management role preferred
- culinary degree or equivalent experience
- advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
- ability to multi-task and simplify objectives for the team
- experiential knowledge in managing people and problem-solving
- effective oral, reading, and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensure culinary production aligns with the Executional Framework
- ensure proper culinary standards and techniques in food preparation, production, presentation, and service
- manage culinary team including chef managers and hourly staff to ensure quality food presentation
- train and manage culinary and kitchen staff on best food production practices
- coach employees to create shared goals and achievement methods
- reward and recognize employees for performance
- plan and execute team meetings and daily huddles
- maintain staff records including training, shift checklists, and performance data
- develop and maintain effective client and guest relationships
- engage with guests daily to ensure satisfaction
- communicate regional culinary and ingredient trends
- deliver food and labor targets effectively
- focus on margin improvement through analysis of performance metrics and inventory trends
- execute and deliver culinary products in accordance with daily menu
- maintain quality and safety of Aramark’s standard food offerings
- comply fully with Operational Excellence fundamentals including waste management and labor standards
- understand and manage end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes ensuring authorized suppliers
- implement all aspects of the Food Framework
- accurately estimate food consumption for requisitions
- ensure proper kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
- enforce compliance with Aramark SAFE food, quality assurance, and occupational safety policies
- comply with all relevant policies including safety, health, wage, and hour regulations
