Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be based in Houston, TX or immediate surrounding area
- ability to lift and handle baggage within aircraft weight limitations
- flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- commitment to safety and customer service excellence

Job Duties
- greet passengers at the terminal with a friendly and professional demeanor
- perform all aspects of passenger check-in including verifying reservations and issuing boarding passes
- tag and handle baggage ensuring compliance with aircraft limitations
- answer phones and respond to customer inquiries about flight schedules and fares
- communicate with pilots and ground crew to ensure on-time departures
- make boarding announcements and escort passengers to the aircraft
- perform in-flight cabin assistant duties ensuring safety and comfort of passengers
- provide personalized safety briefing before takeoff
- secure cabin including baggage and carry-ons
- monitor passengers for comfort and safety compliance
- offer complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages
- assist passengers with deplaning upon arrival
