Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Reliable forms of communication and transportation
- Successful completion of Level 2 Security License training, exam, fingerprinting, and background check
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift 25 pounds
- Full physical and mental dexterity including hearing, seeing, and speaking English clearly
Job Qualifications

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interpret credentials, rules, policies, and instructions

- Calm and level-headed under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure safety and comfort of guests, staff, and event personnel
- Monitor access points for smooth and secure event operation
- Perform routine bag checks and screening to prevent prohibited items
- Guide guests to their seats and assist with inquiries
- Manage access routes to keep walkways clear
- Handle and resolve guest complaints per venue policies
- Enforce event rules and report suspicious activity
- Assist in emergencies, including evacuations
- Provide security escorts as required
