Job Requirements
- minimum age 18
- high school diploma or equivalent
- completion of company orientation and food safety and sanitation training upon hire
- ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment with detailed and precise tasks
- ability to lift up to 55 lbs and manage in excess of 65 lbs with safe handling practices
- strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well with customers and team members

Job Duties
- provide superior customer service
- take orders from customers by telephone or in person
- answer customer questions regarding products and assist with selections
- prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product effectively
- slice, package, label, rotate, and cull products for poor quality
- assist in technical areas as needed including basic set-up and clean-up processes
- use suggestive selling techniques and basic product knowledge to meet customer needs and build department sales
