Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping duties
- Availability to work Thursday through Monday, 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM shifts
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items such as linens and supplies
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling
- Strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with driving and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills

- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Remove all dirty linen from assigned Room Attendants' carts and closets/storage, and transport to laundry or follow procedure for handling dirty linens/towels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all supply areas including service landing areas, supply closets, public areas
- remove and dispose of trash, wipe down/clean/dust shelves/counters/surfaces/floors/walls
- sweep, mop, strip and wax floors
- remove non-floor closet items and store in appropriate areas
- Dust, vacuum/shampoo, sweep, mop public areas
- wipe, mop, and clean surfaces including floors, elevator tracks, and furniture
- Respond to guest's requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies including linens, towels and toiletries
- Clean other designated areas such as public restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, sidewalks, and other public areas as directed
- Stock and re-stock supplies
- Work in the laundry room to ensure proper sorting and handling of clean/dirty linens
- Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction
- Monitor/control supplies and amenities and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
- Uphold safety requirements, practice safe handling of chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Follow all safe working practices according to procedural standards
- Report shortages of supplies and equipment to supervisor
- Regularly assist with deep cleaning projects
- May assist with other duties as directed
- Transport guests to and from the airport
- Drive and maintain hotel van cleanliness, maintenance, and fueling
- Keep porte cochere free of debris
- ensure trashcans are emptied daily
