Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, bend, push, and pull
- willing to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
- ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures

Job Duties
- assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking garnishes, straws, and napkins
- deliver product and maintain inventory integrity using transfer sheets
- clean, sanitize, and maintain workstations and guest service areas
- ensure bar is stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- check taps and appliances and change out kegs
- keep bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers, and emptying trash
- maintain excellent guest service and a positive demeanor
- adhere to safety policies including food safety and sanitation
- ensure security of company assets
