Job Requirements
- Prior work experience in a hotel setting or similar role is helpful but training will be provided
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be personable and attentive to guests
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a hotel setting or similar role is helpful, but willing to train the right person
- Must be able to work flexible hours including 9am-5:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm and weekends/holidays
- Hyatt brand experience beneficial
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy, taking care to remove or replace anything out of order
- Coordinate and help housekeeping with heavy lifting and priority requests
- Use watchfulness to report missing or found articles and any sign of damage or needed repair
- Be graciously attentive to guests, answering questions and seeking additional help when needed
- Communicate and work closely with housekeepers and supervisors to ensure successful teamwork and daily room turnovers
