Job Requirements
- Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
- minimum one year cleaning experience
- knowledge of proper chemical handling
- ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers
- previous hotel experience preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Duties
- Be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varied shifts
- handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments
- observe all house and safety rules housekeeping procedures and security procedures
- clean and service assigned public spaces according to franchise and hotel standards
- return and restock cart at end of shift
- complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled
- other duties as assigned
