Job Duties
- Stock and maintain housekeeping closets with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Deliver linens, towels, and guest supplies to guestroom floors as needed
- Remove trash, soiled linens, and recyclables from guestroom floors and back-of-house areas
- Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, elevators, stairwells, lobby restrooms, and service areas
- Assist room attendants by retrieving supplies, moving furniture, or responding to special requests
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items to housekeeping leadership promptly
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Follow Hyatt cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Support special cleaning projects such as deep cleans, room turns, or seasonal projects
- Provide friendly, courteous service to guests when encountered in public areas
