Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical stamina and strength to perform duties
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to a moderate weight
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Strong verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Assist housekeeping staff with moving supplies and equipment
- Ensure all housekeeping carts are stocked and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Lift, pull, and push moderate weights as required
- Adapt to fast-paced work environment and flexible scheduling
