Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or related field is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform duties
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and protocols
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, pull, and push up to a moderate weight
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
  • Assist housekeeping staff with moving supplies and equipment
  • Ensure all housekeeping carts are stocked and organized
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Lift, pull, and push moderate weights as required
  • Adapt to fast-paced work environment and flexible scheduling
