Job Requirements
- Must have a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have good organization skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimum or no supervision
- Must be an excellent team player with a positive and helpful attitude
- Must be physically fit to perform and complete all duties
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to bend, squat, lean and rotate body
- Must be able to provide genuine service to all guests
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, or cruise ships
- Familiarity with HotSOS or Rex systems preferred
- Good communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties
- Positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas and back of house
- Stock and manage inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms
- Assist room attendants with linen handling
- Support room attendants to ensure timely room readiness
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping team and management
