Job Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills
  • must be physically fit to perform all duties
  • must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • must be able to bend, squat, lean, and rotate body
  • must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • clear, concise written and verbal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or office settings preferred
  • experience with HotSOS or Rex systems preferred
  • good communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • strong teamwork and positive attitude
  • physical fitness to perform duties
  • genuine desire to satisfy guest needs

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of hotel premises
  • stock and inventory housekeeping supplies
  • assist room attendants with linen handling
  • deep clean guest rooms to meet quality standards
  • work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
