Job Requirements
- physically able to perform cleaning duties
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- availability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
- trustworthy and reliable
- prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
Job Qualifications
- no formal education required
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physically capable of performing cleaning duties
- commitment to hospitality standards and guest service
Job Duties
- clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
- perform dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures vacuuming mopping sweeping shampooing carpets washing windows cleaning waxing floors removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
