Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to handle guest requests professionally
- Team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to quality and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, banquet and meeting rooms
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- Wash windows and clean and wax floors
- Remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms
