Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- physically able to perform cleaning tasks
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- able to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- customer service oriented
- team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ability to handle guest requests professionally and courteously
- physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet, meeting, conference rooms
- dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, and shampoo carpets
- wash windows
- clean and wax floors
- remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
