Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate effectively in English
prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
physical ability to perform cleaning duties involving standing bending and lifting
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in housekeeping or custodial role beneficial
ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members
basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights

Job Duties

clean designated areas including restrooms public areas offices and banquet meeting conference rooms
perform dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures
vacuum mop sweep shampoo carpets wash windows clean and wax floors
remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
greet guests in a friendly manner
report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
