Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

- strong integrity and ethical conduct
- leadership qualities demonstrating responsibility and initiative
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- ability to operate with a sense of urgency and discipline
- experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role preferred
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety standards
Job Duties
- Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
- perform dusting and polishing of furniture and fixtures
- vacuum, mop, sweep, shampoo carpets, wash windows, clean/wax floors
- remove and dispose of trash and empty ashtrays
- greet guests in a friendly manner
- report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects
- deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms as needed
